Medical Wing Expansion

It was a large turnout for the ground breaking of the Medical Building at High Watch Recovery Center in Kent (July 11, 2011). From Left to Right: Dr. Arcuni (HW, Director of Addiction Medicine), Marilyn Cosgrove (Decorator), John Petronella (Enfield Builders), Kent First Selectman Bruce Adams, Al Jacunski (Jaunski Humes Architects), High Watch President & CEO Janina J. Kean, Vinny Roberti (HW Director of Maintenance), CT State Senator Andrew Roraback.

We have raised over $1 Million towards our Medical Wing Expansion and are now seeking the final $1 Million to reach our $2 Million goal.  You can help us to continue to offer the best in recovery care by donating to this building expansion that will house new nursing and therapy units.  With your help, we will break ground for our Medical Wing Expansion in the spring of 2011.

With any facility or property there are the ongoing costs for maintenance and upkeep. Through the years our many generous benefactors, friends and donors have afforded us opportunity to expand and renovate so our guests can be surrounded by comfort and beauty. We pride ourselves on the beautiful space we have here. Your tax deductible support for the Building Fund will continue to allow us to keep High Watch a comfortable place for our residents to recover while receiving state of the art treatment for substance abuse disorder.
